Keep enough liquid money with you, as most of the places do not take online payments

Government norms and restrictions for tickets will apply to trekking destinations such as Chembra, Aranamala, Brahmagiri, Kurumbalakotta, and others.
We take no responsibility if you are unable to make it.

Visitors are hereby advised to strictly adhere to all property rules.

Always pay attention to the Trek Lead/Guide’s instructions.

There are no seat reservations, so it’s first come, first served in all spots. Please do not dispute with the trip coordinators once you arrive to the bus.

If there are any couples sitting individually, kindly change the seat and offer them a seat.

Meal times will be specified and communicated to you by the guide.

There will be no dinner stop on Friday night, so please have it and arrive or carry a parcel
(you can eat on the bus).

#WTP provide the stay on a multiple-sharing basis, with girls and boys separated.

Expect no luxury when traveling through the clean and untamed nature.
( Eg : Camping at Aranamala,900 Kandi and Bhramagiri).

Visitors should keep in mind that our Trip/Trek/Journey needs a basic level of fitness.

There will be common phone charging sockets; it is your responsibility to remain there and charge your Gadgets; we are not liable for anything you miss.

Make sure that you or the team leader should bring a xerox copy of your ID Proofs for Verification.

No smoking or drinking before or during the journey.

Your personal belongings, including jewellery and other valuables, are not #WTP’s responsibility.

Common washroom facility will be there, dont expect attach washrooms and rest rooms for fresh ups.

Last seat of any Bus, TT and cab are not recliner in some vehicles, please cooperate.

Adventurous trips/treks does not come with luxury, so please have the mindset accordingly and enjoy the Nature.

Strictly follow the Reporting time, Program schedule and Instructions given by the Organisers through the entire duration of the program.

Please do not litter the forest with plastic or waste.

The food provided by us will be basic delicious and local food. ( Kindly cooperate )

Any lunch,refreshments and other food items that are mentioned in the inclusion during travel will be self-sponsored.

#WTP have no ties with any of the hotels where we stop for food ; if they serve late, we are not liable.

Visitors are here by advice to expect heavy rush and crowds during festive and peak time, hence time management is very important.

#WTP reserves all rights to modify or cancel the trip event due to unavoidable circumstances.

#WTP have zero tolerance for smoking,liquor,narcotics, drugs, marijuana, cocaine, or any other illegal substances.If such unlawful substances are found with you or if you are seen consuming such illegal substances, you will be handed over to the local police or the concerned authorities.

50% of the advance amount to be paid while booking and the rest 50% to be paid while boarding/on arrival without fail.

#WTP make every effort to give you with the ideal package at the best possible price. As a result, prices are final.

#WTP’s facilities are neat and basic.
Our stays are handpicked and safe but not very luxurious.
Please keep this in your mind.

The journey requires an average level of fitness to participate. #WTP will not be liable if any participant is unable to complete the trip due to physical or mental limitations.

The food menu will be a fixed one, as per the Kerala cuisine and standard basis. #WTP are not responsible for the individual taste buds and regional requirements.

#WTP expect every participant to be responsible for littering. Please keep every place clean as much as possible.

You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks associated in the outings, which vary depending on the destination.

#WTP have designated pick and drop points, make your own arrangements of transport to the desired point accordingly.

#WTP may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.

#WTP is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event.
(First Aid will be provided i.e maximum).

Any guest who consumes alcohol, misbehaves, or causes a delay during the event can be removed from the event without warning and will not be refunded. Such visitors must arrange their own transportation to the way back; #WTP is not responsible for terminated visitors.

Cancellation / Refund is done by the third party based on their policies.

Certain activities and sight seeing places may be cancelled due to unanticipated weather circumstances or government restrictions or heavy crowd.In such cases, we will strive to find an alternate possible activity. However, no refund will be given in this case. If #WTP cancels the event, we will issue a full refund to all visitors.

We recommend that you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the pickup points.
