Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications
Advance Amount
⚠️ The advance amount paid at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Rescheduling
- Guests may request to reschedule their trip only in emergency situations, provided valid documentation is submitted.
- Requests must be made at least 7 days before the Trip Start Date.
- Only one rescheduling per booking is permitted.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
- Failure to meet these conditions will result in forfeiture of the advance amount.
Third-Party Policies
- Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are also subject to the policies of third-party vendors (e.g., accommodation, transport).
- Wayanad Trip Planner LLP is not responsible for delays or refund processing by third-party providers.
Weather or Government-Related Cancellations
- Certain activities may be canceled due to bad weather, government restrictions, or overcrowding.
- Wayanad Trip Planner LLP will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternative activities, but no refunds will be issued for such cancellations.
- If Wayanad Trip Planner LLP cancels a trip, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Sightseeing Limitations
- Some attractions (e.g., Edakkal Caves – closed on Mondays) may be inaccessible on specific days.
- Adventure or eco-tourism activities may also be suspended during heavy rain for safety reasons.
- Guests may adjust their itineraries in consultation with their driver or trip coordinator.
Non-Refundable Conditions
💰 The advance amount of the package is not refundable under any circumstances, except as specified above.
