Cancellation and Refund Policy

• General

At WayanadTrip Planner LLP, we understand that plans can change. For any bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the scheduled trip start date, a cancellation fee of INR 2,000 will apply. The advance amount of the package is refundable if cancelled before 14 days of the trip/journey start date. However, a cancellation fee of INR 2,000 will be deducted for each booking. Trips cancelled within 14 days of the trip’s start date will not be eligible for a refund. Changing the dates of the trip is subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. All refunds will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 7 business days of cancellation. We advise all customers to review their travel plans carefully before confirming a booking. In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.

• Third-Party Policies:

All cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of the third-party vendors providing specific services (e.g., accommodation, transport). If there is any cancellation made by a third party, a refund will be made according to their policy. WayanadTrip Planner LLP is not responsible for third-party cancellation policies or processing of refunds.

• Weather or Government-Related Cancellations:

Certain activities, sightseeing trips, or excursions may be canceled due to unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, or heavy crowds. In such cases, WayanadTrip Planner LLP will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternative activities; however, no refunds will be provided if an activity is canceled due to these reasons. If WayanadTrip Planner LLP or its affiliates cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, the advance amount of the package will be fully refundable. If WayanadTrip Planner LLP cancels an event, a full refund will be issued to all affected participants. Refunds will be paid back to the guest’s bank account within 7 business days of the cancellation of the event/package.

• Non-Refundable Conditions:

The advance amount of the package is not refundable under any other circumstances, except as specified above.
