Shipping & Delivery
- The service will start from any guest pick-up location in India as mentioned in the guest booking confirmation voucher, and the service will be carried out at different places in India for sightseeing at tourist destinations and ends at the guest pickup location.
- Once the customer pays the advance amount / full amount, a booking confirmation voucher will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of confirmation of payment.
- The service will start once the customer checks in to the Cab or Stay, whichever is the first point of check-in. Failure to pay the balance amount will lead to trip cancellation with no refund to the guest.
- All services included in the booking confirmation voucher will be delivered to the customer on the dates mentioned in the booking confirmation voucher. (Time might vary).
- Any other service available and not included as per confirmation may be chargeable by concerned 3rd parties and is not directly payable to Wayanad Trip Planner and is non-refundable, and Wayanad Trip Planner takes no responsibility for the same.
- All delivery of service is subject to Wayanad Trip Planner LLP’s Terms and Conditions. Wayanad Trip Planner LLP’s cancellation and refund policy will apply to the services being promised to be delivered.
