🔹 Travel & Transport
  Bangalore to Wayanad will be in a semi-sleeper A/C bus (no door-to-door pickup or drop).

  Passengers must reach the designated pickup point on time as per the schedule.

  Bus services are operated by Kyros Connects under contract with Wayanad Trip Planner LLP.

  Delays may occur due to traffic or factors beyond our control.

  In rare cases, expect delays of up to 2 hours — we appreciate your patience and understanding.

  Arrival and departure times shared by the driver are subject to change.

  Pickup points are fixed, but the bus may stop within 100–200 metres of the location if parking is unavailable.

  No-shows or late arrivals at the pickup point will be treated as cancellations with no refund.

  There won't be a specific dinner stop during the night pickup. Please have your meal beforehand or carry a food parcel to eat during the journey.

🔹 Bus Travel Rules (Bangalore to Wayanad)
  Your seats will be reserved by Wayanad Trip Planner LLP—anyhow, seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis; we are not responsible for the middle seats.

  Couples seated separately may be requested to adjust seats together (not applicable for private/group bookings).

  The last row in some buses may not have reclining seats – please cooperate.

  No smoking or alcohol consumption inside the bus.

  No food consumption inside the bus to maintain cleanliness.

  Expect heavy traffic or delays during weekends and holidays; Wayanad Trip Planner LLP or Kyros Connect is not responsible for delays due to traffic, other scenarios, or road conditions.

🔹 Private A/C Cab in Wayanad
  The cab is exclusively for you based on the itinerary.

  Cab usage is limited to the mentioned timings (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM) unless specified otherwise.

  The cab will operate strictly as per the fixed itinerary only.

  Night travel is discouraged for safety (not applicable to pickup/drop).

  The vehicle won’t be available for personal or extended use beyond the itinerary.

  Driver contact details will be shared in advance, but last-minute changes may occur for operational reasons.

🔹 Hill Station Driving & Local Regulations
  Hill driving rules apply – speed limits and road conditions may affect travel.

  Music may be played at low volume or avoided, especially in forest/wildlife zones.

  Seating is fixed as per the vehicle's capacity – no additional passengers allowed.

  In some locations, vehicles may not reach exactly at the sightseeing point – a short walk may be required due to parking or traffic restrictions.

🔹 General Conduct & Etiquette
  No smoking or drinking before or during the trip (in both the bus and the cab).

  Avoid eating inside the cab/bus to maintain hygiene and freshness.

  Luggage is limited to standard-sized bags; avoid oversized or excess baggage.

  No disputes regarding seats with coordinators or other passengers.

  Same-group bookings are not subject to seat adjustment rules or seating disputes.

🔹 In Case of Delays or Emergencies
  Travel delays may occur due to traffic, weather, vehicle breakdown, or local issues – kindly cooperate.

  In case of vehicle breakdowns, the team will arrange an alternative as soon as possible.

  Itinerary/routing may change in case of roadblocks or weather disruptions.

  Travellers must follow decisions made by the local operations team for safety and smooth execution.

  Properties with swimming pools have fixed pool hours. Guests must strictly follow these rules.

  Carry enough cash, as many local vendors and eateries in Wayanad do not accept digital payments.

  Trekking destinations (like Chembra Peak, Aranamala, Brahmagiri, Kurumbalakotta, etc.) follow government norms. We are not responsible for denied entries due to ticket limits or local restrictions.

  Group departures may be postponed or cancelled due to operational or weather-related reasons. Such decisions are at the discretion of WTP, and they are not liable for compensation.

  Itineraries and activity schedules are subject to change due to weather, road conditions, or local situations. Travelers must be flexible.

  Always pay attention to the trek lead/guide’s instructions and property/stay/camp rules.

  Expect common washrooms and basic facilities, especially at campsites.

  Meals provided are basic, Kerala-Style, local, and hygienic. Any extras not listed in inclusions will be self-sponsored

  Food halts are at third-party hotels/restaurants. WTP is not liable for delays in service at such stops.

  Expect traffic and tourist rush during weekends and holidays. WTP is not responsible for delays caused by these.

  #WTP has zero tolerance for any kind of substance use (liquor, narcotics, drugs). Offenders will be handed over to authorities.

  Respect fellow travellers in resorts, staff members, drivers, and locals. Cooperation ensures a better experience for all.

  Jeep safaris, boating, ziplining, and adventure activities are third-party services. WTP will assist but holds no liability for service delivery or safety.

  Use eco-friendly products during the trip. Avoid single-use plastics wherever possible.
