Important Advisory

 All packages require a minimum number of individuals to be booked. There will be an additional charge if the group size does not match the required tariff.

 Some accommodations charge for campfire and music, while others do not. You are requested to merely make the additional amount at the concerned stay or office.

 Some accommodations have pool hours. Visitors are obligated to observe their regulations at all times.

 Keep enough liquid money with you, as most of the places do not take online payments

 Government norms and restrictions for tickets will apply to trekking destinations such as Chembra, Aranamala, Brahmagiri, Kurumbalakotta, and others.
We take no responsibility if you are unable to make it.

 Group departures may be cancelled or postponed for a variety of operational reasons. Visitors are told to expect this. Such circumstances are not our responsibility.

 Scheduled itinerary, route of the sight-seeing places, and activities are subject to change.
Travellers must prepare for any such scenario.

 Always pay attention to the Trek Lead/Guide’s instructions and Property/Stay/Camp rules.

 There will be no dinner stop on Friday night, so please have it and arrive or carry a parcel 
(You can eat on the bus.).

 #WTP provides the stay on a multiple-sharing basis, with girls and boys separated.

 Expect no luxury when traveling through the clean and untamed nature.

 Adventurous trips/treks do not come with luxury, so please have the mindset accordingly and enjoy nature.

 Visitors should keep in mind that our trip/trip/journey needs a basic level of fitness.

 Make sure that you or the team leader should bring a xerox copy of your ID proofs for verification.

 The person making a group booking is advised to share all of the information provided on the website with other fellow travellers.

 No smoking or drinking before or during the journey.

 Your personal belongings are not #WTP’s responsibility.

 Common washroom facilities will be there; don’t expect attach washrooms and rest rooms for fresh ups and campsites.

 Strictly follow the reporting time, program schedule, and instructions given by the organizers through the entire duration of the program.

 Please do not litter the forest with plastic or waste.

 The food provided by us will be basic, delicious, and local cuisine. Kindly cooperate.

 Any lunch, refreshments, and other food items that are not mentioned in the inclusion during the trip will be self-sponsored.

 #WTP has no ties with any of the hotels where we stop for food; if they serve late, we are not liable.

 Visitors are advised to expect strong traffic and crowds during holiday and peak times, so time management is critical, and we are not responsible for any kind of delays.

 #WTP has zero tolerance for smoking, liquor, narcotics, drugs, marijuana, cocaine, or any other illegal substances. If such unlawful substances are found with you or if you are seen consuming such illegal substances, you will be handed over to the local police or the concerned authorities.

About Your Vehicle

 No door pickups/drops.

 There are no seat reservations, so it’s first come, first served in all spots. Please do not dispute with the trip coordinators once you arrive at the bus.

 The photographs provided are merely for demonstration purposes; the vehicle may differ depending on the size of the group (4, 7, 12, 22, 33) and team members.

 If there are any couples sitting individually, kindly change the seat and offer them a seat.

 The last seat of any bus, TT, and cab is not recliner in some vehicles; please cooperate.
