The trip plan, resort stay, places to explore, and driver pick-up and drop were all excellent. The planners did a fantastic job. I had mistakenly booked for 13th Feb instead of 14th. The driver was waiting for us on the 13th, and only then did I realize the mistake. I immediately requested a date change, and the planners quickly adjusted everything and made us comfortable without any issues. The driver picked us up early in the morning at 6 AM. He had been waiting since 3 AM. During drop-off, he also checked whether everything was fine. The entire trip was very smooth and comfortable.
