Your Vehicle Details

  The vehicle provided will be exclusively for your group as per the fixed itinerary.

  The vehicle will not be available for use beyond the mentioned itinerary or for personal needs.

  Hill driving rules apply: speed limits, local traffic control, and road conditions may affect the journey.

  In hill areas, music may be played at low volume or avoided for safety, wildlife, and local respect.

  Seating is fixed as per the vehicle's capacity; no extra passengers beyond the agreed number will be accommodated.

  The vehicle will operate between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM unless otherwise specified; night travel is discouraged for safety. (Not applicable for pickup up and drop timings)

  Driver contact details will be shared prior to travel; however, last-minute changes may occur due to operational reasons.

  Parking at certain locations may require a short walk to the sightseeing point due to local vehicle restrictions.

  In case of roadblocks or weather-related issues, routes may change, and travelers must cooperate with the local operator's decisions.

  No door pickups/drops.

  No smoking or drinking before or during the journey.

  Avoid eating inside the vehicle to keep it clean and fresh for everyone.

  Luggage limits apply as per vehicle size; please avoid carrying oversized or excess baggage.

  Visitors are advised to expect strong traffic and crowds during holidays and peak times, so time management is critical, and we are not responsible for any kind of delays.

  In case of a breakdown or issue, the team will try their best to arrange an alternate vehicle as soon as possible.

  There are no seat reservations, so it’s first come, first served in all spots. Please do not dispute with the trip coordinators once you arrive at the bus.

  Properties with swimming pools have fixed pool hours. Guests must strictly follow these rules.

  Carry enough cash, as many local vendors and eateries in Wayanad do not accept digital payments.

  Trekking destinations (like Chembra Peak, Aranamala, Brahmagiri, Kurumbalakotta, etc.) follow government norms. We are not responsible for denied entries due to ticket limits or local restrictions.

  Group departures may be postponed or cancelled due to operational or weather-related reasons. Such decisions are at the discretion of WTP, and they are not liable for compensation.

  Itineraries and activity schedules are subject to change due to weather, road conditions, or local situations. Travelers must be flexible.

  Always pay attention to the trek lead/guide’s instructions and property/stay/camp rules.

  Expect traffic and tourist rush during weekends and holidays. WTP is not responsible for delays caused by these.

  #WTP has zero tolerance for any kind of substance use (liquor, narcotics, drugs). Offenders will be handed over to authorities.

  Respect fellow travellers in resorts, staff members, drivers, and locals. Cooperation ensures a better experience for all.

  Jeep safaris, boating, ziplining, and adventure activities are third-party services. WTP will assist but holds no liability for service delivery or safety.

  Use eco-friendly products during the trip. Avoid single-use plastics wherever possible.
